I started to learn some welding in own.I just bought a small mig welder 130amp some time ago to try to weld my technique.So much i stink! LOL! I do not use gas to protect but to use the flux core wire wire.What size should I be using? I have been practicing with, 030. How do i know what size i need?

Are wire speed control adjusts the output current from a welder? I have a Lincoln Weld-Pak 3200 (equal to 135SP) and just wanted to know about it. My old welder was listed in the ampere range under the control of wire speed.
